  13. Apologies to anyone who may have downloaded V3.0, which I did manage
  14. to get deleted from Aminet.  These bugs have now been fixed, and his
  15. prefs window now adjusts its size according to the resolution, and
  16. loads a font that the user will be able to read comfortably.

  18. I also added 60 new phrases, added some more contextual phrases, and
  19. improved the inflection with new discoveries that I've made on
  20. Amiga Speech.  See the program "talk2me.lha" if you are interested in
  21. creating sofware that uses Amiga Speech - I think that the improvements
  22. made since V37 enable the creation of a Monkey Island-type game with
  23. speech for the different characters.  talk2me.lha is currently being
  24. tested, and will be uploaded one week after this program.

  26. WHAT TIME IS IT, MR. WOLF?

  28. Wow, a clock with a difference! :)

  30. Puts a transparent image of a wolf on your Workbench.  Click LMB above
  31. his eyes and Mr. Wolf will tell you the day and the date; click the LMB
  32. below his eyes, and he MIGHT tell you the time - though sometimes he
  33. will say something a bit cheeky instead.

  35. Discovered that it is possible to incorporate a wide range of inflections
  36. into Amiga speech.

  38. He has 120 phrases, plus various context-related messages, such as
  39.  
  40.   "You made me lose count, tick tock tick tock tick..."
  41.   "Don't u point @ me!"
  42.  
  43. Pressing the RMB will bring up his draggable window, which you can move
  44. to a new location, or press the gadget in this window to bring up his
  45. preferences window - where you will be able to specify Mr. Wolf's colours,
  46. and tell him when your birthday is.
  47.  
  48. He will also tell you if your system clock has been trashed.
  49.  
  50. Adjusts his aspect ratio and size according to the screen's resolution.
  51.  
  52. Does absolutely nothing unless you click on him.
